Can anyone spot why my volume control isn't working properly from this (fairly hi-res!) picture?

The volume is basically on full for 95% of the travel, then off. I've been having it tweaked cosmetically for a while, only just plugged it in!

the wiring seems to It seems to correspond to this one

Any clues appreciated!

The skinny black wire from the pickup selector (middle of the 3 connections) needs to go to the bottom tab on the volume pot instead of the middle.
