I've been trying a few different sets on my J-200 didn't like the elixir nanowebs cos they made it too ringy and am at the moment settled on rotosound Jumbo Kings but they seem to go off very quickly what do you find best on a Jumbo? Thinking of trying the actual Gibson J-200 sets

I still like Elixirs on my acoustics - they just last longer and sound good
Have tried Newtone strings as well - you have to wait to get them as they are handmade on round cores but they do sound good and last quite well.
Have tried and failed with Rotosounds - they just went dead very quickly

Strings choice is quite a personal thing like plectrums - never the same for two people
