Anyone played one of these? Or know anything about them quality wise. A place nearby is selling one. I believe they are a Gibson 335 alike made in Korea.

played one briefly when a band came to play our youth centre as I do the sound when the bands come I often get the chance to try out the various guitars that appear - this was a really nice guitar has a bigsby and stayed in tune well - sound wise it veered towards rocky but if the volume was rolled off it cleaned up nicely - I think the chap said he paid £800 for it which I thought was a little steep for it taking into account other options available at that price point.

I would consider a very good buy at that kind of money - feels more substantial than the Electromatic - but is a different type of guitar - but I would probably buy the Electromatic if was given a straight choice
