I dont know if anyone knows much about Bailey Guitars - but I personally have two electrics that Mark Bailey made for me and they are really out of the top drawer. He makes amazing acoustics and Jazzers also. The main thing is that Mark and Carol his partner are the nicest people you can meet.
Mark is also well known for his build your own courses and many a novice has gone home after 4 or 5 days with a top notch Guitar.
