Anyone here got the hang of Hybrid Picking. I'm trying to learn it but i seem to have some block or something. I just cant get it.

Trying stuff like the Scotty Moore guitar in Mystery Train, That's all right mama.

Everyone says that's easy to begin with.

Feel like Packing it up. Any good courses or Dvd's on it?

Any Tips?

I'm not much use at it but one excercise helped

use thumb/pick for the e and a then the same 3 fingers for the high notes. Hope that's the kind of thing you're talking about. There's loads of videos on youtube too
