Is there a particular order I need to follow when setting up my pedals?.

Yeah there is. When I used to have a wah wah pedal the sound was completely different depending on whether it was on the end of the chain or the start. At the mo I just use a blues driver and a chorus but never together so it's not an issue.

Usuall rule of thumb is from guitar -drives first in order of noise (i.e. overdrive before fuzz) modulation next (chorus / tremelo / flanger) then delays / reverbs / then wahs last. although i sometimes put a chorus pedal before a delay because it's too noisy the other way round.
Whatever works best for you really. if it sounds good then theres nowt wrong with it!
