 Post subject: Tuning my Gibson ES-335

Every time I come to play my ES-335 it's out of tune, is this normal, my Tele stays in tune for month after month....

I know it's a hollow body and all that, this is my first so I have no knowledge or experience of this...

semi acoustics are affected by temperature changes much more than a solid body guitar that might explain it

This is par for the course with semi soild gibsons. Especially on the g string. Try rubbing graphite on the bridge saddles and the nut. This might help a little. Mine has a bigsby so its even more susceptable to tuning problems but its worth it and it just looks the the business. http://i576.photobucket.com/albums/ss20 ... GP1468.jpg

Oh and RH I bought separate pedals on your 'say so' instead of multi effects, and I'm really pleased I did, ta.
