if it's sound control on paternoster row, they're shutting down soon (if not already!!), think theyve got a bit of a sale on too.

mate of mine got a pair of mackie P.A. speakers for £199, should have been £600.
hope they got the same deal on guitars.

better head down - didn't know they were closing! :(

just cottoned on to this thread.....anyone that gets a 5120something is SO doing the right thing: here's a link to a pic of my orange one alongside my (ahem) "guitar collection" - n.b. you can't see the heads on any of 'em - the Gretsch and Artcore are genuine, the Les Pauls are 70s copies... great guitars but....hope this works?

.......im begining to think i should've got the red one cos theres a problem with mine and its got to go back to the shop, im gutted, i noticed a scratch on it yesterday on the back, when i had a closer look its not a scratch at all, its a crack, running halfway up the back, its just where the brace is inside the guitar......

I know its a slightly old post but I have just noticed this on a new guitar I have just received. I am wondering now if this is a common fault with this age / model of guitar. Have a look at my post on gretschpages.com :

http://gretschpages.com/forum/electromatics/crack-on-the-back-of-a-new-white-g5124/10342/page1/

If you do notice this then let me know the serial number as this will help to clarify if this is a common fault with this guitar.
