I am so pissed off. I bought a car from Wilson and co garage in January and they have pissed me about so much. It had a warning light on, and it has been in 3 times. The third time (3 weeks ago), i had been using a courtesy car. They have been really shit at returning calls and giving progress. I finally got it back last night. It drove home, then when i was attempting to drive to the pub, it wouldn't start. It makes a whirring noise like a drill.
I had to get up at half past 7 this morning on my day off to call them and the head of service said he would be there within the hour. When he wasn't, i phoned back and he said he would be there when he wasn't so busy. I then got pretty angry on the phone. I still don't know if he is going to come. He doesn't seem bothered at all.
They will shut at half past one and then i will be screwed for getting to the Hawley gig, because i can get to Warrington but i think i'll have trouble getting back.
I can't believe that something so simple has resulted in my car being made useless when at least it would drive before. Me and my partner have been having a really bad time at the moment and this gig is the only thing i have been looking forward to.

That's awful - you never know, 'tho, someone on here might be able to help with a lift back after the gig.

Hope the car and everything else works out soon x

threaten to go to the local paper and tell them how shite they are. think you'll find they get their finger out their arse pretty quick.

what sort of warrenty did you get with it ? If you only got it in January I would imagine it is in your rights to tell them to take the car back and try and get your money back. Easier said then done I know especially with wankers like that, but go to the papers too or whatever put the squeeze back on them.

I saw an elsebound train, on the overpass
In the driving rain, every ticket costs the same
For where you can't go
Mustang horses, champagne glasses
Anything frail anything wild
It's the price of living motion, what's beautiful is broken
And grace is just the measure of a fall.

I am going to be able to go after all, if nothing else goes wrong.:)
They were finally able to get a courtesy car, so i can drive that.
It was the starter motor, which they have assured me will be a simple job.
I just can't believe i had to go through a massive emotional rollercoaster in order to have a drivable car.

I hate to say it but it sounds as if you had the runaround cos you're female........................ bet they would have been much more co-operative if you were male.................

But hey at least its almost sorted and you're fine for the gig! :D
