I had a half a tooth fall off a while back when eating a bag of crisps! Hurt like hell.

After a few weeks of a pain free gob, the toothrot is back with a vengence!! I have a theory that every time my dentist fixes one of my teeth, he plants a small charge in another one and programs it to explode 2 months later, thus adding to his fat salary and paying for him to have another holiday in the Seychelles.

I've turned 40 now, so I might ask him to rip all the fuckers out and provide me with a set of pearly white dentures!

Went to Spain this year and it was impossible not to notice the number of English language dental surgeries - and it turns out that I know some people who have been out there to have dental work done. Basically it costs so much to have serious dental treatment in the UK it's cheaper to fly to Alicante and have a holiday at the same time. Madness.

Anyway, get chewing some paracetemol and make sure you're in fine fettle for the weekend, I'm looking forward to my first "live Dave" experience.....

After another trip to my dentist I'm pleased to announce that me and him have got engaged. We've become very close over the past few months and seeing as we see so much of each other it would be for the best.

We'll be getting married at 'two thirty' on Saturday.

Hey Dave - I've just read that Sainsburys are starting to open dental surgeries in their supermarkets (it IS true according to BBC news) - so you can get yourself checked out when you're doing your weekly shop................

And get yourself a treat if you have no fillings! :D

I haven't got a toothache but last night I was eating my spaghetti with a bit too much gusto and I bit a very large chunk out of my inner cheek...I was swallowing blood for ages and it's all swollen up, so now every time I try to bite down on food, my cheek gets caught between my teeth!!...I am going to have to drink soup through a straw all day

Today I have bastard toothache. It started late last night in a hotel in Cumbria, a long way from any 24 hour shops.

The night porter sorted me out with some paracetamol at 3am.

The dentist can't see me until next Tuesday.
