I'll see what i have in the lab that could help. I know we have chloroform but i'm guessing you want pain relief more than being knocked out??? |

You could try Paramol, Nick. I was in pain a couple of weeks ago when the anaesthetic wore off after some dental treatment, so I went to Boots and asked them to recommend a painkiller. Came away with Paramol (a combination of paracetamol and dihydrocodeine) and they were very effective. |

I'm taking Cuprofen. Definitely taking the edge off it. If it gets any worse, I'm sending for Dave & the pliers. |

I'll be coming up to Sheffield shortly, and have a wide selection of pliers you could borrow.....Seriously though, often the dentist can aply some gel stuff, just to tide you over till your appointment |
