They are generally used to find a particular profile of person for a specific job. There are no right or wrong answers. Companies use them to fit people into their 'mould' for various roles e.g. service, sales etc. e.g. they have a standard set of answers that a 'typical' sales person would give; they then benchmark tests against those answers to see how near a match the candidate might be. I think recruiters also use them to determine whether the applicant is currently under stress etc. My company uses them to identify 'independent thinkers' .... whatever that might be ....... I'll ask me mate ....

I actually think it's quite a compliment, that of Widnesboy's photo of himself, Dave and me, i'm the only one he had to photoshop to get the likeness right.

i think the skin tone blends in quite nicely.
