I bought a sealed bag of a 7 muti pack of mini cheddars from Tescos and when I opened them there was only 4 packets inside. I rang customer services to complain and they sent me a £3 McVites voucher and a letter of apology. The multi pack only cost me £1.30. Years ago if you complained to somewhere like Mars or Cadbury you received a full box of whatever you were complaining about as an apology. |
