You've never had a popeye?? :shock:

Its an ice cream with a bubble gum ball at the base - and a lolly stuck in the top! So you get ice cream and a lolly - best of both worlds! :D

The screwball bit is only the icecream/bubblegum bit - its a popeye if you stick an ice lolly in the top!
