This topic reminds me of the safety intructions for our Rowenta iron which state: "Don't iron clothing while it's being worn" - and then adds: "(this is not a joke - I've seen it happen)"

To be fair my cooking NEVER looks like those pictures on the packets - even when i just re heat stuff :*: so I could complain that I wasn't getting what I expect. (Truth is I'm just a crap cook).

this one is a classic that me dad still takes some stick for. About 15 years ago we were in Pizza Hut and the waiter was taking the order (from my dad of course) and he asked for Garlic bread, the waiter asked "with or without cheese" my dad asked "what's the difference"............. long pause and then the waiter says "one has cheese on" cue all family laugh at dad.


He still claims to this day he meant the difference in price!

Don§t knock it. Got a call from mz mum zesterdaz, mz sister has an intolerance ... she goes into anathelactic shock is someone is wearing relgex ... a customer came in her office ... two minutes later she§s being rushed down to the GP for adrenlin injections and then ambulanced down to A8E ... she has been told it can kill her. :shock: :cry:
