I keep looking at all the presents I need to wrap in the spare room and end up shutting the door again!

I think i'm going to save it for my day off on xmas eve! Am going to make some mince pies as well, so hopefully i'll be feeling the Christmas cheer by then!

I haven't been feeling festive at all - got the same ghastly cold everyone seems to have, and fed up with applying for jobs and not even getting an interview.

But yesterday I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself. I wrote all my cards, wrapped all the presents for my distant relatives, and even managed to queue in the post office for 25 minutes without losing my cool!

Today I went back to my old workplace for Christmas lunch with my old team, and tomorrow I'm going to put the tree up. I might just survive Christmas!! :santa: :rendeer:

Take in a lovely big Christmas tree, and ask your boss if you can stick it up somewhere

Seriously I wish I could! Our office is like a morgue, he doesn't even say good morning when you walk in anymore, and yes he's had the cheek to bring his presents in to wrap, well he can balls!
