I'm at st lukes hospice about to spend my fifth night on the floor next to my wife's bed. After over a year of fighting secondary brest cancer she is at the end, she was 35 three weeks ago. I feel like a zombie at the moment and although I knew this was coming, I'm struggling now.

God this is fucking horrible, heartbreaking, sickening pain. Arrghhhhh

Oh Ben I'm so sorry for you all. I wish I could say something to make it better. Just be there for her, talk to her, laugh with her and make some more memories to hold onto. Thinking of you. XXXX

me and my dad cared for my mum until we couldn't do it anymore. no sleep for three weeks.

and she went to a hospice where they were lovely.

i feel for you i really do xx
