The scousers continued to sing songs about Munich well after Hillsborough had happened. Both clubs have more than their fair share of fucking cretins amongst their support.
Liverpool v Manchester United FA Cup game at Anfield 2006
Grown men in the Liverpool sections doing Munich aeroplane impressions throughout the game
At half time human faeces was thrown down onto United fans by Liverpool "fans" in the tier above
Alan Smith has his ankle broken (accidentally) in a challenge with John Arne Riise. The ambulance rushing him away from the ground is attacked by Liverpool "fans"
This is not to condone the United knob with the "Hillsborough" shirt, just to illustrate the level of bitterness between a minority of fans of the two clubs
You'd rather it didn't happen, but there are twisted people in all walks of life
to be fair, at the game last week all I heard was "96, wasn't enough" from United fans. I've never heard Liverpool fans singing Munich songs.. obviously there's bound to be some, but over ten years is a long time to go to games and never hear one, when United seem to constantly come out with this stuff, daubing anti liverpool slogans everywhere around old trafford, United even sing about Liverpool when they're not playing us. It's all a bit embarrasing.
