My Dad has always eaten Marmite and jam on the same bit of toast, which I think is just wrong. My brother-in-law is Thai and the first time he came to visit in England he tried it and said it was really nice. I'm unconvinced. He also put lemon curd on pulled pork. Again, very wrong!!

I like the sound of your recipe though!!!
