Aparantly our local osteopath is treating quite a few older wii players. They are suggesting doing warming up stretches before playing. :shock:

My mate got one for her 30th (sod the kids) and we played it the day after the worst hangovers hit home- I nearly knocked her out playing tennis and we both needed tena ladies fitted after 10 minutes on it-I haven't laughed that hard in yonks.

my sister in law said they had to get rid of the one at her senior centre because the old 'uns were injuring themselves with the bowling game :shock:
