Loved the book, and the film looks like it could be sticking very closely to the source material - which is always nice. Yet again though, Alan Moore has distanced himself from it.

If handled correctly this could be one of the best films ever.

and since we are on the topic of films from comics, did you see Wanted? Nothing like the comic (thankfully) I rather enjoyed it, even though angelina Jolie was in it and I haven't been to the pictures to see a grown up film in about 3 years. James McAvoy has been in my good books since Shameless and Starter for 10 and he was great in this film.

I have misgivings if Alan Moore has distanced himself from the film. However, if they do pull it off it could be something special...The books are always better than the films though, in my opinion...
