I must have see ths as a kid - bu the honest answer has to be no - trusty assistant Matthew looks like a very young version of Colonel White from the Spectrum Air Base - so it must have been made ages before Captain Scarlet  .

It'll be 17 years on Monday since this fella left us, I still miss him.

This isn't something you automatically think of when you think of Freddie & Queen, but it shows him at his campest and happiest - big love Freddie! xxx

A bit 80s / 90s - well it is taken from that period

My preference is toward the live DVD 2004 London Astoria version which I can't find on youtube...

Just finishing Tony Visconti autobiography and am listening to T Rex

Solid Gold Easy Action is the song I played over and over again as a kid on the tape Pure Gold On EMI http://www.discogs.com/release/780121 (also listened to Ball Park Incident and Psychedelic Shack a hell of a lot)

oh yeah, lots of nuggets worth dusting off in the Tyrannasaurus/T. Rex vaults - I've always loved this one (originally the b-side to Jeepster?):

A great thread, Marc Bolan is my all time number one, a true original that things like the x factor would overlook, love the Ronnie Lane stuff, what about the poacher? please watch this by Dion, he is one of the best white singers, two versions of the same wonderful song.
