For heaven's sake, I thought I'd learnt how to post a YouTube video on here. Can't get this one to behave properly though. Somebody save me from myself please. Thank you.

You had the [youtube] bits nowhere near the YouTube link in your post. You weren't even a bit wrong, i don't know what you did! :*:

Why be lazy & make a balls-up, when, with a bit more effort, you can create a complete disaster 8)

Anyway, I've figured out what was causing my confusion. For some reason when I access YouTube via my desktop shortcut the address bar is missing, so when I click 'copy' on the video I get the code which doesn't post on here

Lofty, I've idea what any of that means. I can't even put the smilies on. But, my brother showed me a clip on you tube yesterday. I think you will like it. Put in, St Barths Bucket warbirds low flypast. It's scarey and brilliant. It's what airshows used to be like before they got H&S mad.

Is this the one Lynne? Excellent stuff - how did they get away with it!?

That's the one. I know, it's mad. A few feet off the ground. No one in the crowd seems to think it's dangerous. Maybe their airshows are always like that. We had a look at the chances of going there. 3 stops, and that after getting to USA. It's a no go. Unless we win the lottery, which is unlikely, as we don't do it. Wonder why it's called Bucket???

The Verve Bittersweet Symphony on the radio tonight started me thinking ''This reminds me of something''. I couldn't place it & then it clicked. The Andrew Oldham Orchestra - The Last Time. Thought I'd have a listen again on YouTube & up came this. Seems I'm not alone.......

A tangled web indeed.

Proud mum alert! This is my son's band. He plays trombone. You'll have to excuse the cinematography, but they are all teenagers and the sound is pretty good. So proud of them all. xxx

The words for this song could have come straight from my own mouth. Great live & full orchestra version of a classic.
