And Richard, that's the most sound advice you could have given, the kindest, most understanding words.
Poor Morrissey probably is feeling a bit burnt out after years of touring, no matter how much he loves it all.

Yeah, sounds like he just needs some time off.

I hope he doesn't just pack it all in - although the idea of an artists 'twilight years' has become a bit of a cliche there's a few out there (John Cale, Robert Wyatt; Bob Dylan's albums since Time Out Of Mind) who still find something different and fresh.

Although I'm no massive Morrisey fan I'm quite intrigued to wonder what the 60 year old Moz will eventually have to say!
