Anybody listen to this? Very funny. Brilliant moment in tonight's episode...

Writer Ed Reardon is talking to his cat, Elgar. Something drops through the letterbox. ''Ah, that sounds like a parcel from Amazon. Has Daddy ordered something in the middle of the night again & forgotten about it?''

A fellow Ed Reardon fan! Love it. One of the best things on Radio 4, apart from listening to the Moral Maze and predicting just when Melanie Phillips will finally lose her grip on reality.

'A Prayer for Owen Meany' is the afternoon play on Radio 4 next week, that'll be worth listening to.

Almost worth getting a cat, so I could name it Elgar :D Love radio 4. Can't always listen during the day - depends what job I'm doing at work
