Mystery Train by Jim Jarmusch; a great soundtrack, terrific multilayered stories in one, all filmed in Memphis!

Also Caught on a Train, terrific tv movie by Pollokoff which deservedly gained cult status over the years.

Hire both for the weekend ;)

Although most of the film doesn't take place on a train i instantly thought of A Hard Day's Night, bad acting but love the I should have known better performance in the luggage compartment :)
