Anyone watch cutting edge, all about call centres.

I work in a 'contact centre' it was interesting to see how the different places work, powergen looked like they didn't know there arse from elbow.

i really wanted to watch that but i watched waterloo rd instead (taped it from earlier).

i had an 'experience' with virgin media last week. spoke to 4 different people who were either totally incompetent or downright unhelpful or just plain rude. then i eventually got this lad who was dead good, really friendly and helpful and sorted it all out for me - just goes to show!

I watched a bit of it until I could stomach neither the idiot fom HSBC nor the constant stream of bullshit such as "above the line" language and other such guff. Who cares whether someone on the other end says or "I'm going to..." as opposed to "I have to..." as long at they bloody get on with it?! :roll:
