I think I heard that. I just didn't recognise the programme, but yes it could well have been Hollyoaks. Definitely wasn't Corrie!

I remember Bob Geldof said he knew he'd made it big when he heard 'I Don't Like Mondays' on Coronation Street.

My definition of fame is hearing a stranger slag you off!

The Streets are Ours was played yesterday in the Shopping Village at Trentham Gardens. I was sampling the fruit teas in Whittards when I heard it. I ran out without buying anything. :)

You beat me to it. :) My daughter rang me to tell me, she watches the show.

Someone on the production must like Richard Hawley. :thumleft:

I work in B&Q and they have their own playlist for the entire company, at least 3 Hawley songs are on it. So Dublin then...exotic.

On Countryfile tonight they played ' The Ocean', 'I Sleep Alone' and 'You Don't Miss Your Water'. Someone on the production team must really like Mr. Hawley.

Went to Alston today, the plan was to have some dinner on the way home but everywhere was packed with people doing what we were doing, so ended up in the Pack Horse at Whickham which is about 15 mins from where I live - with 'Just Like the Rain' playing as I was waiting for my chicken and chips.

Just as well it came on to distract me, I was about ready to eat my own hair by then :x

Same track in Morrison's on Friday night. I was smiling to myself walking up the booze aisle, people probably thought I was drunk. :D
