 Post subject: Bath and the Cotswolds

I spent last week walking in the Cotswolds, ending up in Bath - my attempt at completing the Cotswold Way was thwarted, after the first 40 miles, by blisters and a painful achilles - but Bath was great!
Chipping Campden - very pretty - too pretty - bit Stepfordish and southern for me...

A nice set of pictures. I like the door in the first one; I find old doors very interesting - not sure why.

I also like the aged look of the last image. Was it converted to B&W then a sepia layer added to it?

The last one was my favourite.

As a youth in Liverpool I used to go around takin' photos of brick walls.

Well it beat nickin cars ...

The last photo was desaturated then I selectively brushed in a pinkish/orange filter effect, using Nik Color Efex Pro. Quite like how it turned out.

Apologies for the delayed reply - I've been playing at a Cajun & Zydeco music festival in France - more later.
