Live version of Darlin' played this morning at 5.30 on 6 Music, Chris Hawkins show. Still on 6 Music's listen again. Really nice acoustic version.

probably the version that you could download off the old official site with a couple of other tracks, wonder if there are any plans for em to be put back up with maybe some other live stuff. hmmm

Just had a look at that link - Where's that been hiding, it's really good. Was able to download most of the tracks there. Not Darlin' though, strangely. Precious Sight sent shivers down my spine. 8)

me and Shez were playing darlin on the bus last night amongst other things..its not a bad tune to play hammered at four in the morning

not a bad tune to include in the set for the Irish gigs in July either, sorry just an observation :wink: one of my faves though either fuckin way.

i remember recording the guitars with me and Shez sat next to each other playing live with our amps really close together it was a very powerful emotional experience

Was that the album version or the "live" acoustic version?

I'm not sure why, the two versions are very similar, but the "live" version which we could at one time download from the site is my favourite.......... :D
