(did a search, didn't see anything about this, but pardon if it's rehash)

A friend just came across an old video directed by Michael Mann using Precious Sight. Was curious if there was a story behind that?

The video and music go together really well, don't they?

I don't think it's Michael Mann that's done that, just someone else who's cut bits of his film Collateral to the tune. It's nice though isn't it? One of my fave Hawley tunes that as well (re-instate to the live set!)

Thanks Snapper. That would make sense. Friend said he saws another Michael Mann vid for this song too, but I haven't had time to find it yet. It's one of my favorite tunes too.

The vocal effect on that track has always interested me. Gives it a 'far away' feel.

are you singing through a megaphone on this track? one of my favourites, would fit well with the Truelove's Gutter stuff on tour I think- love the slightly dissonant organ in the background!

The live acoustic version from the website is my favorite RH recording and one of my favorite songs ever. I transcribed it and have some questions for the guitar thread. I think the outcome of the poor soul in the song isn't very good, though. I hope I'm wrong.
