Ooooh - liking the sound of this! Went to Scotland on hols in the summer and had a great time, not really given it much time before hand. Would be fabulous to see you there Richard, singing songs about whisky - can't wait to hear what is planned!

I loved the video!
My uncle used to tell me about working in Bushmills and the characters he worked with. In the old days they had a free whiskey bar they could all go drinking in after work to discourage the workers from stealing. It was just a small room with a few chairs and tables and a hatch that you knocked on when you needed a top up. There used to be bottles stashed around the distillery in various places so they could have a wee sneaky one during the day. It was called the "black bottle" and if you finished the bottle you were expected to replace it with another so the next man with a thirst wouldn't be disappointed. It's very sad that in Bushmills most of the workers are gone and machines do a lot of the work. Even worse is the thought that the whiskey might not be made there in years to come. There's talk of transporting containers of water from the River Bush (which is very important to the taste) to another location as the company can be made cheaper somewhere else!!!
Glad to see Glenfiddich is made the right way :D

Sometimes songs take a few plays before they get in your head.

Not this.

Stunning.
