Thanks for posting those reviews, thoroughly enjoyed reading them...which reminds me i'm going to listen to the whole album again right now;i can't think of a more convenient way to start my week;i'm missing songs like "The wood Collier's grave" "time will bring you winter" or "before",which i haven't listened since last Tuesday.Good day! ..>

Brief mention of Australian gigs and an interesting picture of Alex/Richard.

Fascinating review :*:

Especially this bit about Down In The Woods:

One would think that a song called ‘Down in the woods’ would be an open celebration of nature and all things pastoral. But if the heavy riffing and engine drumming doesn’t make you think otherwise, then course correction will come when you follow Hawley praying: “There must be a place for us/ For you and I to be as one/ Around your shoulders, around your hair/ My eyes were blinded by solar flares/ Won’t you follow me down,/ Down into the woods./ Won’t you follow me down/ Come back feeling good". The song, you realise, is really about finding that beautiful shagging spot behind the local Ikea.

Would have thought Australia for Winter 2013/14 and New Zealand for this Winter - what with the cricket tours and all that ..>
