Someone has requested Wait for Me as their first dance for a wedding at end of June. I know it's D/G/A but couldn't be arsed trying to work out what the chords are after the first bit and my usual point of ref youtube isn't throwing anything up, anyone know what they are?

It sounds to me like:

G minor D E A

Hope that helps!

Drop D (McCartneyesque), right, I'll add that in, cheers! We practiced it last night and the wedding is on Sat.

It worked very well but we spotted a cheeky extra chord at the end of the Gminor section that mentions the moon calling, thought it might be an A7? but I'm not convinced (then we got distracted by the football)

The more I play this song the more it reminds me of an Elvis ballad, I can just hear him singing it......something in the style of 'Don't' though the sentiment is different.
