Richard Hawley is delighted to announce a very special new release for Record Store Day via Parlophone. “Rollin’ and Tumblin’” is a limited edition 10” vinyl single available from April 19th at all good independent record stores, see http://www.recordstoreday.co.uk/ for more information.

“Vinyl has been a constant throughout my whole life and knowing there's a special day celebrating it and the joy of the "artifact" really floats my boat, and to be a small part in trying to keep record shops going is mint. Record shops have kept me going for so long it’s time to pay a little of that back. Not to mention it gave me and the guys a chance to try something a bit different. Long live vinyl...!” – Richard Hawley (February 2014)

I'm wondering if this might be made available online here, in the same way the Richard Hawley Singles Club discs were. 8) Anyway, great news there's a new single to look forward to :D

Ta Denise.

Love this new track! Great, old style, R and B with terrific harmonica accompaniment. Hopefully, will be available via ITunes.

Anybody know where Richards record will be on sale(London)? I'm heading for Rough Trade(Brick Lane) first but I fear there will be mobs queuing  Then Berwick Street and Poland Street areas to meet our daughters for a day of searching for anything on vinyl that takes our fancy. I want to get hold of Carboot Soul...Nightmares on Wax if poss'. Its taking me back to being fifteen again, a long time ago. Sad but true....................really looking forward to a great day :Hoorah

Thought I'd do Berwick Street but suspect Rough Trade more likely to have copies. May have to get there early though
