I saw an elsebound train, on the overpass
In the driving rain, every ticket costs the same
For where you can't go
Mustang horses, champagne glasses
Anything frail anything wild
It's the price of living motion, what's beautiful is broken
And grace is just the measure of a fall.

I've voted for the one that I've been humming all morning but I'm not entirely sure that's my ONLY favourite! :*:

Ooh what a gorgeous album this is. I really need to hear it a few more times but I'm still going for Roll River Roll with the Sun Refused to Shine a close second.

A review in Danish. He likes it.

Quote:

Fuck off. It basically just says that Hawley's the dogs and that he used to be in Longpigs and that Hawley's voice 'has a maturity which gives his songs some genuine schwung'. Or something. Fuck it mate, the album's been getting good reviews here, so who cares what they say

I thought you might have compared him to a plate of mashed peas, a night on the baileys or one of my roast beef dinners!

Just listening to the brass band on Our Darkness - beautiful. I've been listening to some other pre-release music which involves a brass band, lovely.
