love it. do you know that toots is playing at the cockpit in leeds on the 20th june? saw him last year and he was mint. check out stuff by ziggy marley, chip off the old block, it's a it more lightweight but still good. i prefer 'kaya' and 'exodus' by bob. the man was a prophet.

And grace is just the measure of a fall.

fabulous "tribute to jackie mittoo" with all the usual suspects, sly n robbie, tyrone downie etc been in my car every hot day these last weeks

my favourite dub album. Rico "warrika dub"
i had a white label of this back in the day but got it waylaid somewhere down the line
the original album "man from wareika" is top as well

quite frankly a work of genius. burning spear "marcus garvey".
sublime singing and unspeakable groove. the original ja release is a bit stickier but i am a skinny white guy in england and i like this one. the dub of this, "garvey's ghost" is also sound. you can get 'em as a twofer nowadays.

the congos "heart of the congos" fabulous record, lee perry in his finest pomp. great singing and thick and sticky, the only decent thing pimply red ever did was set up blood and fire records.

and then there's prince buster, and the skatalites, and max romeo, and, and.......

lamarr's great reggae show is the place to look when his next series is on.
