I recorded a couple of musician friends last week and mixed the results in the last couple of days. I particularly like this one, so I did a quick video for it. Here's Dawson Dean:

J&MC are playing The Academy in Manchester (my home town) in March but can't decide whether to go see them. There is a new album but will it be a tribute act, and will they have enough hair to back comb? Tricky.

And it's a demon-possessed Sturgill Simpson, kicking against the pricks last night on SNL for the win (complete with Rebel Alliance symbol):

Just over here at an airport protest and someone's playing "Nazi Punks Fuck Off" on their cellphone, which is a balm to the soul right now. I busted out ye olde punk records on election night myself. It's helping me stay sane.

Really like this, very eighties sounding for a song released late last year and a fantastic bass line.
