He's on YouTube now ... excellent, been a long time coming. :eh?

Not everyone's cup of tea, but i think he's excellent, seen him live a few times and never disappoints.

I have always liked Prince but never bought his records prefering to copy them of the radio (lack of funds at the time)

He did a great track (IMHO) on Kates Bush's "Red Shoes" album despite the fact that Lenny Henry joined in on the backing vocals!

I was about to start gushing over his purpleness but thought you might mean Prince Buster.. and i do get the wrong end of the stick quite alot much to my partners amusement. I did think surely Prince Buster could n't have done backing vocals on a Kate Bush track though it would be very interesting. You 'll have to excuse my rambling i've been sat outside in the boiling hot sun drinking Rose wine and i'm feeling a bit pissed. Back to Prince.. reminds me of being a student, sign o the times loved it, dance dance dance to that, and i had the pleasure of seing him at Maine road in Manchester in the Ccrazee nineties.
