Has any other Hawley boarders bought this exceptional cd...I thought watching Pete at the bushy heath farm gig thaat pete had a new confidence around him...reminded me how probably a young acoustic dylan was in his greenwich village days...In looks and stature because Pete does have a fantastic singing voice..Anyway he his on the fantastic Mark Lamarr show on radio 2 next friday...looking forward to it....Also have to say that Mark Lamarr plays some fantastic and obscure stuff..wish there was more shows like this on radio...and at a reasonable time... Thank goodness for the i player.....

I was stood in HMV today with this cd in my hand wondering whether to get it........I didn't...I guess I should have?

It took me a couple of listens...mind you I got it at the same time has richards EP...So it was on the shelf for a day or two coz i could not stop playin the EP....anyway its well worth getting....

I too heard Pete at Teddyboys Picnic, enjoyed, and bought this CD. Have been playing it since then....I'm addicted to Streetcar named Desire now and have to hear it on the way to work in the morning. Hearts Desire is also great.

What does anyone else think??

It's payday - I'll be buying it in the next half hour!

Bought it yesterday - and had a call from my bank about fraudulent use of my card today...

Turns out the large amount they declined was for my holidays - so I'll have to do that one again - however an MP3 download purchased for £7 was highlighted as being made several hours before I bought Pete's CD - and being an old git I have never purchased a download in my life - on line fraud hits the sticks!
