Anyone got / heard it? heard mixed reports, but the tracks i've heard sound very very good. bit of a departure for him, very bluesy / gospel |

I've only played it through once, bits I really liked. Unfortunately I acquired quite a lot of new stuff all at once and getting round to playing it all properly is proving difficult due to work commitments. I Am Kloot's album has rather dominated my listening for a few days as well. |

I think it's great. Good choice of songs. I like the slower gospel ones more than the bluesy ones. 'Did Trouble Me' is particularly good. You can get a good idea of it on his myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/tomjones I heard the record label didn't like it much, maybe that's a good sign. |

Heard a bit of it on Front Row (I think) I liked what I heard. I'm not particularly a Tom Jones fan but I'll probably buy the CD - I like this kind of stuff. |

Heard forthcoming single from album on radio this morning, think i'll go get it this wkend. He did some tracks on Jonathon Ross about 3 wks ago, bit of a departure I think. |
