There's some ace stuff on that new album, definitely worth a look and her guitarist sounds a bit like Pops Staples in places (which seals the deal in my book). I love those two Stax albums she did, you can get 'em both on one cd now.

She's mighty. Love Pops guitar playing, deceptively simple but it isn't simple, has a sort of extra voice quality to it - not expressing that well, he accompanies and tunes in to the song rather then trampling all over it.
