as is kind of tradition with the forum now as we coming towards the end of the year I thought it might be a little interesting to take stock and have a little look back over the year and share again what floated everyones boat musicwise. Not really looking for a list (lists are shite) but just something like... Favourite records... Favourite Richard Hawley gig(s)... Favourite gig(s) (non Hawley)... Greatest Musical discovery 2010... etc etc etc... and whatever anyone else might like to add to that. I think its been a pretty good year, lots of great stuff happening for me for sure so I'll have to go off and have a think so anyone else feel free to kick us off... |

Richard and Shez playing the intimate Roisin Dubh in Galway, just marvellous. Favourite gig(s) (non Hawley)... Jeff Tweedy - Union Chapel also awesome were band Of Horses, The National, Ryan Bingham, Chip Taylor & kendal Carson, ohh and Deer Tick with Caitlin Rose was a bit special too, so many this year.
