Imho Street Spirit is the only listenable Radiohead tune. 'Thom' York is an irritating whingey dish cloth who could do with a good plate of steak and chips :)

I like 'Just' and some of the other tracks from the Bends, but in general I'll always dislike Radiohead for giving my teenage years a dreary soundtrack. They're good, but still don't like 'em.

Good! they're bloody good and one of the Bands who have forwarded the development of mainstream music big time. Cutting edge bands/artists are always a bit 'marmite' but give em credit they broke the mould quite a bit Such artists are really important for progressing music onwards.

You're right. Gotta give them credit for pushing things forward. But when I was a teenager they depressed the hell out of me.

Noooooo! If you had the Bay city rollers you had T.rex, Bowie, Sweet, Slade, Lou Reed ( I know, that was my teen years too!)..seem to remember making that point to some of the girls in my class at the time..milligan and Nesbit, not sure I know who they are to this day. Got a feeling it's best I don't :)

There's definitely no middle ground when it comes to RADIOHEAD, it's that
marmite thing, love or hate, and I understand that, but when you have seen
them play live a few times, from the sublime No Suprises and Exit Music to
the chest splitting, ears bleeding Paranoid Android, for me they are up there
with the best.

They also say it's a fine line between genius and madness, and in Thom's case
the line is probably thinner than a human hair, but IMHO, it's genius.

Can't wait for the UK dates to come out!

What with that and a new album and tour from Mr H on the horizon.............
........I'm busting a gut!! :*:

(could also be all the pies from Mrs Miggins Pie Shop! )
