***DAVE HARDING***

Dave Harding, co-founder and bassist of acclaimed rock band Richmond Fontaine, has released two solo albums of his own songs: Across The Road (2008) and You Came Through (2012), both released on the El Cortez Records.
Both albums were recorded in Portland, Oregon by producer Mike Coykendall (M. Ward, She and Him, Richmond Fontaine) and features musical backing by members of Richmond Fontaine and other Portland musicians.
Harding’s songs mine the deep well of classic folk, country, blues, bluegrass and rock, with a lyrical vision which examines the highs and lows of people caught on the edge of town, forced to make the best in a world gone wrong.
Dave Harding co-founded Richmond Fontaine in 1994 with Willy Vlautin, and he continues to be a creative force behind the band.
Harding currently resides in Denmark.

***THE FAREWELL STATE***

Starting out as one voice from local widescreen rock outfit The Letter, with influences ranging from the likes of Fugazi and Afghan Whigs to Sparklehorse and My Morning Jacket, The Farewell State was originally an outlet for new songs of Simon Roberts. Having now morphed into an instrument-swapping Alt-country/rock four-piece, channelling the sounds of the likes of Bon Iver, Ryan Adams and even Neil Finn into the mix, the band are crafting something that lasts with noise and melody. Tonight Simon will be performing a solo set.

***WILLIAM BARSTOW***

William Barstow has been recording and playing live throughout the country for the past 5 years with The Dead Delta and now with The Ruby Jacks. Throughout this period he has complied a selection of songs that don’t fit into the framework of a hardened rock band but require a more intimate and spacious setting. His bluesy/folk solo material has been compared to the likes of Jeff Buckley and Neil Young.
