No I wouldn't! Possibly, and I only say possibly, if the £1200 included travel and accommodation
to see them at Madison Square Garden.

MSG is still on my Bucket List but to see Bruce Springsteen or U2 there would tick all the boxes.

Radiohead will do either UK Arenas later this year or next year, or Stadiums next summer, and,
you heard it here first, will headline Glastonbury in 2017.

Piss just back to a simmer!

daft idea? the band/venue sell tickets at silly prices (eg £1200-), but you get most of it refunded when you turn up on the night with the credit card used to buy them.

Like it - although some folks may not have a mega credit limit - you could always apply for it to be increased - but daft ideas are good.

What about the 3 months between 'buying' the tickets and getting the refund? You'd either have to be minted anyway or you've got to stick the horrendous interest charges on top of the ticket price.

Well that was more than a bit good. We had bubbles blown into the audience, strips of paper floating around, the usual energetic moves and the encore started with Patti Smith's Because the Night.
