I'd like to live in Gosford Park but I can't say I'm ready to remodel everything! :*:

That doesn't look homelike or comfortable at all

I like it! :)

I'm not in to Star Trek at all, but I like that the guy has gone that extra mile and done his flat out completely like that.

I mean - its not to everyone's taste by any means, but you got to admire his passion/obsession!

It must have taken some doing! Think of all the hours he must have spent designing, sourcing then doing that.

He looks really happy with it doesn't he? I just like that he's turned his home into something he really loves.

In a way it reminds me a bit of the sentiment behind the artists work in that series Jarvis did on Outsider Art (which I would love to see again - I wonder if its on-sale anywhere?) where the artists passion's were taking over their life.

So, I am thinking his wife wasn't keen on Star Trek?

Tony Alleyne decided to turn his flat into a Star Trek spaceship after his wife left him. He now lives amid the transporter deck and LCARS control panels in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

Last five words of the first sentence tell you all you need to know here.
