You can still get the cheese and onion flavour here - 10p a bag - they must be TINY bags, either that or they are being sold at 70's prices?

I don't remember that one! I found this page with lots of long lost favourites - it brought back a few memories for me - mint cracknell, golden nugget - yum!

Mint Cracknell - You could inflict serious lacerations on your tongue with that, I remember :?

They were made by Fry's - I remember them, were they called Chocolate Sandwich? You could get milk/plain/milk or plain/milk/plain I think.

I remember seeing them on sale at the cake shop, of all places. I didn't like going in there as a child, as my Mum would stand & gossip for what seemed like ages

Great crisps nostalgia

Biscuits always evoke a lost world too. Anyone remember these Jamboree biscuits?

ImageMe gran used to buy them all the time for us - you could get them in a variety of dayglo shades and all (in retrospect) were foul tasting soggy things but when you're a bairn you'll a) eat any biscuit and b) think summat that's almost luminous must be good.....it did have coconut too so obviously you thought it must be healthy

And lemon puff biscuits - and twiglets that were lovely and sticky, twice as long as they are now, and not burnt! :?

They were lovely - a chocolate case, sponge and lots of buttercream from what I can remember. Very sickly though, not sure I could eat one now if they still made them, but I'd give it a go....! :*:

I used to buy Deltas in M & S, little triangles of potato, more of a biscuit than a crisp. Every so often they appear as an own brand in a supermarket, but I haven't seen any for a while.
