I was very happy! Tho i seem to (vaguely) remember i was in the middle of doing something at the time.... Possibly attempting to 'sex' the parrot who Dave thought was a girl and called Polly all night til my mate Kirsty (she does animal stuff) reveiled it was a boy parrot called Frank.

A highly entertaining night all round. The chocolate cake at the end of the night at Dave's was the best bit for me!!!

Dave! Firstly, belated happy birthday wishes, although we Hawleyboarders did drink a toast to you after the Hawley gig on Friday, in the pub next door to the venue.

I was so happy to meet you .... you are so gentle and polite in real life! (Oh gosh, have I shattered your cool guy persona?) Seriously though, you were politeness personified, and it's great to hear you had a great birthday, and Sophie was there to share it with you.
