Thanks Ida, but the point of my thread wasn't to illicit any sympathy or stuff from you lot, just to sort of point out the methods that are used to try and turn you around in councelling. Things are better for me than they were say, 6 months ago. I'm trying to lose some feelings, thoughts and stuff that seem to occupy my mind for a large part of every day, because if anything.....it's getting boring, affects people around me and stops me from moving forward. There are some top people on here including the boss who've been ........friends! I know some people think I should keep my gob shut, stop whinging and get the fuck on with life, fair enough, but when shit happens you tend to think you're the only one in the world that could hurt so bad....until you shake yourself a little and realize there's folks a lot worse off.

....Anyway, this is getting too deep again........let's talk about donkey's or something.
